Special Announcement from our Trustees

At Dallaglio RugbyWorks, we strive to provide our young people with the guidance and support they need to be in Education, Employment or Training (EET) post 18. Our ambition for our growth and delivery strategy over the next five years reflects this and aims to put young people at the core of everything we do.

By 2026/27, we hope to transform our digital strategy, widen our reach, deepen our engagement with and impact on our young people alongside creating new sustainable and diverse income streams. We want to expand to cover more regions and schools so that we are reaching more young people and supporting and guiding them towards sustained EET post-18. We are also really excited to continue developing Player Profiles, our new skills development web-app, by working directly with our young people and our partners as the digital arm of our program. In response to the pandemic and multiple lockdowns, we would like to increase our engagement beyond school hours and ensure that all our young people receive lifelong support and guidance but especially during the at risk times of 3-7pm.

Our trustees are really excited to discuss and sign off our five-year transformation strategy at our next board meeting on the 14th of March. We are looking forward to building and growing Dallaglio RugbyWorks to help more young people achieve their full potential and hope you are too!
