Life at Dallaglio RugbyWorks.

First things first, you don’t need to be rugby mad to join our squad, what’s important to us is that you are passionate about supporting the lives of young people.

 

This is our common goal and like any professional sports team, we need our squad to be made up of players and support staff with a range of skills, backgrounds and experiences. We are committed to encouraging equality, diversity and inclusion within our workplace.

Our recruitment ethos is that this is a two way process. While we are searching for our new top try scorer to join the squad, we also recognise that you will want to know about working for us and our culture.

Play as a team
We think like a professional rugby team. We care about each other and look after each other but we always hold each other to account. We are here to perform and we care about every 1% because we know that they make the difference when added together. If we each do our job well, hundreds of young people have a better shot at life, and that’s worth playing for.

We always operate with energy, showing young people that a positive mindset and commitment to action is the hardest step on any journey. For us, the way we play is as important as what we achieve. Win or lose, attitude is everything.

Everyone makes mistakes, including us. We always focus on what we learned and how we can do things differently in the future. We believe life is about learning from your mistakes, not letting them define you.

Programme Manager (Midlands & North) – maternity cover

Full time / Salary – £31,200 to £38,000 pa / August start
