RugbyWorks Talks is a podcast centered around the pivotal power of sport in today’s society. It is not only an extension of the charity Dallaglio RugbyWorks but it is also an outlet in showcasing how instrumental sport and culture can be in larger conversations about equality and social justice.

Dallaglio RugbyWorks was set up by Lawrence Dallaglio OBE to help young people who are facing considerable personal challenges and additional barriers in education or future employment. Our mission is simple: To help young people who have unfairly limited opportunities or chances to succeed to develop new skills that help them to find a pathway to a college course, training or career that inspires them.
