Alternative flights
If either of your flights are not suitable for you, please let Taylor know and alternative flights can be arranged. However, the cost of any flights outside of those listed will have to be paid by the rider.
Luggage
You will have one checked bag and one hand luggage. Anything over and above this will need to be paid for by you. Please note that space is limited for transporting bags.
Bike drop off
You will be required to drop your bike, helmet and cycle shoes off at a designated location in London prior to the event start date. We will then transport your bike to the start line. All equipment must fit into the daily kit bag we provide, which will be labelled and accompany your bike (also labelled). You must remove your pedals in advance for ease of transportation. We will email drop off details closer to the event time.
